At ZENYI, every order is prepared with care and intention. We are committed to ensuring that your handcrafted Liuli glass pieces are delivered safely, thoughtfully, and transparently.
📦 Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM (local time) on business days are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

We offer worldwide shipping.
In rare cases where delivery to certain regions is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.

🎁 Packaging & Handling
Due to the delicate nature of Liuli glass, every piece is securely wrapped and cushioned to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
We take great care to ensure that packaging protects the artwork while maintaining an elegant and intentional unboxing experience.
While shipping insurance is not automatically included, we will assist customers in lodging claims with the carrier where applicable.
📬 Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
ZENYI is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.
