At ZENYI, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and intention behind every handcrafted piece. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our Liuli glass creations, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:


  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


  • Custom or personalized orders

💔 Damaged or Defective Items
